1. Acceptance
By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. The platform is available to UK residents only.
2. Marketplace rules
You may only list genuine trading cards that you own. Counterfeit, proxy, or altered cards are strictly prohibited. TCG Assistant reserves the right to remove listings and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
3. Payments and fees
Sellers are charged a 5% platform fee on completed sales. Buyers pay the listed price plus postage. Payments are processed by Stripe. Funds are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed.
4. Disputes
If a card is not as described, buyers may open a dispute within 7 days of delivery. TCG Assistant will mediate and may issue a refund at our discretion.
